Apakah source code milik kami sepenuhnya?

Ya. Setelah project selesai & dibayar lunas, source code lengkap (TypeScript + asset + dokumentasi) di-handover ke repo Anda. Tidak ada lock-in vendor, tidak ada lisensi recurring untuk source code. Hosting & 3rd-party services (database, payment gateway, dll) terpisah dari ownership code.

Bisa di-deploy ke server kami sendiri?

Bisa. Kami support deploy ke server klien (on-premise atau VPS Anda), atau ke cloud (Vercel, DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP). Kalau klien minta data residency Indonesia, kami pakai cloud lokal (Biznet, Indosat Cloud, NeuCentriX).

Bagaimana skema maintenance setelah go-live?

3 bulan free support (bug fix prioritas). Setelah itu, opsional: maintenance bulanan (mulai Rp 2 jt/bulan untuk monitoring + security patch + bug fix), atau retainer development bulanan untuk feature baru. Detail di-discuss saat handover.
